I purchased a new iPad and awaiting shipment, I am doing a trade in with my old iPad but want to make sure my data is saved until I can transfer to my new iPad when I receive it. Can you help?

Apple will send you (separately) the return package with label for your old device, and you have 14 days from when you got it, to return it.
