Hi, i have iCloud + with 2T, and my iphone vid 128gb is full. Can i delete all the pictures/videos on my phone now, and still have them in i iCloud? Because i need to clear a lot of space in my phone..

Sorry, but erasing photos or videos on your phone will also delete the data from iCloud Photos.
You'll have to save the photos first to your computer, then delete them on your phone.
