Macbook Pro not printing custom size

When I print from Macbook Pro Photo I try to print a custom size it will accept the length but will not accept the width and I end up wasting a lot of very expensive photo paper as it prints the wrong size.

I recently upgraded to Big Sur which I regret. Why wont it print the custom size that I want?

Hey Vivharte,

It appears that you're having a problem printing from your MacBook Pro. You can create a custom size length, but it won't accept a custom width. This all began after upgrading your Mac to macOS Big Sur, and we're glad to provide assistance.

Update printer software on Mac - Apple Support -- Since you upgraded your Mac, the printer driver may need updating too. To make it easier to locate, Apple has provided this article: Printer and scanner drivers for Mac - Apple Support
