Thanks for the reply. From the screenshot it appears that your iPhone is connected to cellular data. Does this also happen when you're connected to a Wi-Fi network? If so, Restart your iPhone. Sometimes a simple restart can fix issues. If that step doesn't help, make sure you're running the latest compatible iOS version: Get the latest software updates from Apple.
