Cinematic Mode Slow Rack Focus

Hello,

I am enjoying my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I love the Cinematic mode. However, I have a question. Since everything is being generated digitally/through AI, I was hoping to have more control over the rack focus, specifically, I would like to slow it down. I can't seem to find a way to do this on the iPhone. Is it a feature in Final Cut Pro, or is there a way to do it on the iPhone?

Hi Eric,

This wasn't really helpful. I just need to know if what I'm asking is possible or not. If it's not, that's ok. The Final Cut Pro and Motion articles mention that you can "animate" the rack focus points but it doesn't go in depth. I want to know specifically:

  1. Is there a way to edit the SPEED in which cinematic mode performs it's digital AI rack focus?
  2. Is there a way to animate/change the F-Stop in which the cinematic clip is simulating mid-clip? (keyframe from F 2 to F 10 for example)
  3. If these things are possible, are they only possible in final cut, or are there solutions available on the iphone itself?
