Hello, Dear LP Users, I thought I remembered being able to have my dynamics plug-ins applied to
the signal before it was printed/written to the hard drive. Am I just
not remembering this correctly? Thanks so much, in-advance, for your

You're looking for the little known, little used. "INPUT" object which needs to be first created in the mixer environment and then it will be tied to whatever set of inputs from your Audio interface you've chosen. Haven't done this in a while but I know the input object still exists in Logic 10.4.4
When you Bounce a project (or a section of it), that's what normally happens, unless you choose to bypass plugins by deactivating them on channel strips in Mixer.
After creating the input Objects in the Environment You can assign existing audio tracks / right click on the track /select Reassign track/Audio/Input

analog signal to A to D device to plugins in channel strip to hard drive.
