My watch has been lost for a month now and its location pings about once a day. I have traveled and it has followed me even if I switch vehicles. Is it possibly just following my Iphone at this point?

Have the same and @tgok23 didn’t understand the question I think. My watch has been missing for 2 months and always showed on Find My in the same location. Then yesterday I noticed it had moved and had started to follow me around with my other Apple devices. It’s been in Lost mode all this time. Out of charge and offline for months. How can this happen? (obviously searched thoroughly in case I was being pranked)
