Can't login to icloud

I'm unable to login to icloud.com.

I keep getting this:

I changed my password and now any apps that use icloud (Mailmate, Fantastical) are all going to need new app-specific passwords.

I guess there's a problem with icloud as it pertains to 3rd party devs so not sure if it's related.

Any ideas on A) if it's related or B) if not, how to actually login?
