We understand the Dial Assist feature is not working on your iPhone. To get started, go to Settings > Phone. Is Dial Assist enabled here as explained under the "Change your outgoing call settings" section? iPhone User Guide - Make a call on iPhone
Does that help, or was that already enabled?
