Logitech Keyboard on iPad Pro

When typing in any of the applications that I use on my iPad when I touch the space bar the cursor jumps up to a command line and then locks up the applications. Trying to reply to email the cursor jumps all over the place. This started with iOS 13 and has been a problem with every software update since.

I have discovered a work around and that is I have to hold done the shift key and then depress the space bar, that keeps the cursor on the same line.

Apple what are you doing to fix this problem?
