MacBook Air M1 Battery loading issue

Hello, after pugging in my charger to my Mac (original one ) battery is not loading at all or it says "charging source : charger

Battery is not charging"

On the other hand yesterday battery was loading at same place with same wire perfectly to 100%. I also noticed that when I shut my Mac down and close him I can still hear the "charging sound" while you plugging your Mac or iPhone. It rings every 10 sec over and over again.

Greetings :)
