Emoji icon (not the actual emojis)
My emoji and voice type button on my phone are to far and are cut off, recently my phone crashed and it’s been like this since.

Please make sure you don't have any zoom features enabled in Accessibility: Zoom in on the iPhone screen
If that is not enabled, make sure you have restarted your iPhone: Restart your iPhone
