"Your Beats Fit Pro come with three sizes of ear tips. Try inserting the Beats Fit Pro with the medium-sized ear tips in your ears so that the Beats Fit Pro are seated comfortably and securely. If you can’t get a good seal, try adjusting the Beats Fit Pro or switch to a larger ear tip. If the ear tip feels too large in your ear or is uncomfortable, try a smaller ear tip.

You can buy a new set of ear tips from the Apple Online Store, Apple Store, or other authorized retailer."
