I got sand in the Digital Crown of my Apple Watch. Before, I couldn’t use the button or turn the crown at all, but after repeatedly playing with it and ejecting water from it, it works. But when I press the Digital Crown it makes a loud clicking sound.. is that normal??

No, it isn't. I would imagine that if you got much sand in there it would be very difficult getting it all out.
