I can open app in iphone 12 app store but won't download/save to phone.

I see Dunkin Donut app in App Store and I can Open it and use it.

But it won't save to my iPhone as an app.

I went to the APP Library, found the Dunkin app, pressed/held it and saw an option to add to Home screen.

That worked.
