How can I change MacBook password that I forgot while it’s ok administrator mode and it is on I can’t remember my old password

Resetting your Login Password:
Reset it Using the Login Screen:
You'd go through your Apple ID to perform this. Find out more here: If you Forgot your Mac Login Password - Apple Support
Restarting your Mac:
If you cannot exit this, then shut down your Mac. Next, get to the login screen. Note that unsaved, oven files may be lost due to just shutting it down. So, if you have no concern for the possibility of losing data, just shut down your Mac > wait 30 seconds > power on the Mac > reset the password at the login screen.
