Emoji’s on iPad’s Mail.
I can’t find emoji’s when using the Mail app on my new iPad. Anyone know how to fix that?

The keyboard key to bring up emoji's for emails and other messages is the 'Globe' key as per the following link:

However, if you find that when pressing the 'Globe' key the email or message disappears, it could be that you have reprogrammed the 'Globe' key to use as the 'Escape' key instead which is what I do. To change this please go to:
Settings > General > Keyboard > Hardware Keyboard > Modifier Keys
