This is the second one in as many days I have answered. It seems to be a random glitch.

The iOS15 storage calculator has miscalculated and has has undergone fixes for this ever since it came out. All I can suggest is that you update to iOS15.3 using a computer if you can, and restart the phone. If it continues to be a bother (ie it stops you updating, sync'ing, or backing up) then

Backup and restore

(1)How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch – Apple Support - use iCloud backup.

Unlock your SIM PIN if it has one

(2) Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings – Apple Support - Use the Erase all content and settings option.

(3) Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - from iCloud backup
