update apple id Settings

Hey.

I have a problem with this message "Update Apple ID Settings". I tried everything like restart, Sigh out and in.

I lost all of my Notes, they were very important to me, still hoping for them to come back later, but we will see.

Please, let me know if someone can help?

Update Apple ID Settings for "(null)" to set up iCloud? I recently updated to Ventura 13.1, and after the update, the system settings app is asking me to "Update Apple ID Settings" for the Apple ID "(null)" because "Some account services will not be available until you sign in again." Entering my regular Apple ID credentials (which is successfully logged into in the settings Apple ID page) is accepted for this requested update, with no error, but it doesn't clear the warning. I've tried removing the plists for the Apple App Store in the Library and rebooting, thinking that might be related, but that doesn't fix it. I also tried hitting the button in the App Store for "Reset all warnings for buying and downloading", also to no avail. What else can I try? It looks like it's trying to set up iCloud, but I don't store anything on iCloud (although maybe my keychain is backed up there?), so I don't really care much about that, but I would like to get rid of the warning.

Thank you for that.

I will try again later, as I still the message, anytime I try to open Settings a pop-up message is coming "Apple ID Verification", it is asking me to insert my password. I have changed it, and it is still the same.

I am unable to see my Subscriptions as well, it is asking for a pass constantly, but I cannot log in.
