Cannot Verify Server Identity - The identity of "google.com" cannot be verified

I keep getting this popup on my iphone xs. It only happens when connected to the wifi at work. Safari also says "safari cannot open the page because it could not establish a secure connection to the server" when I try to google something. However, I can visit all other websites. This is not an email issue. It's like the wifi doesn't trust google's certificate when I'm connected to this network. How can I fix this issue?
