I just purchased a refurbished ( second hand) IPhone 12, and it arrived today. for some reason I can’t log into the app snap chat because it says my IP address is banned, how can I resolve this issue?

Unfortunately, the likelihood of getting snapchat to un-ban it is extremely slim.
