My Apple activation lock is on however the email it is asking for is not mine. I bought the watch new and I’m the only one to ever use it. How do I bypass the activation lock. It is an Apple Watch 3

If there's an activation lock on the watch then it isn't new,whoever you got the watch from needs to follow all the steps on this page;
