Cloned Apple Hardware?

I um don't have much money so I can't buy another phone right now but I think both my network and my apple 8 has been compromised. My passwords for example, on paypal changed and other odd occurances such as someone remotly disabling my iphone 8 to a state of a flashing apple logo which I had to use DFU to regain the phone itself to operate. I have Qlink Wireless which is subcontracted through T-Mobile and their security practices are very laxed. I'm just trying to find out if my Iphone is either cloned
