Unable to download NHS Covid pass to Apple Wallet

Hi, I have just tried to update my NHS Covid pass by downloading the new one to my apple wallet and there is an error saying Safari cannot download this file. I have updated it 3 times before so it has worked previously. I’ve tried deleting the expired passes before downloading the new one and also restarted my iPhone, nothing works. Please help, everything is opening up again and I won’t be able to attend the events I’ve bought tickets for without proof of vaccinations 🙏🏻
