Can I remove "notify anyway" but keep "notifications silenced"?

I and others need text message recipients to know that I am purposely not accepting messages. The "...has silenced notifications" auto-reply works great! ...except the sender can override, making it useless. Is there a way to keep the notification *and* make it actually not possible disturb me?

Hi EchoBase5,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand you have some questions about the Focus feature. We're happy to share some information.

You can choose not to share the Focus Status which would remove the option for "notify anyway". We understand that's not the ideal option for you as you do enjoy that people are notified you have silenced notifications. There is not an option to remove the "notify anyway" when using Focus and sharing the status. We recommend having your voice regarding this feature be heard by leaving feedback here: Product Feedback

Thanks
