Marking up locked PDF with apple pencil.

Not so much a question but a workaround. I needed to mark up my bank and CC statements but they have them locked.

The fix, download the PDF to your desktop, Open chrome, then drag the PDF into the open chrome window. Chrome will open the PDF now select the printer button in the top right corner of that window, Select the Destination as "Save as PDF" go to the bottom select print. Another window will open asking where you want it to save to I chose my desktop, even selected the same file I have open so the names will be the same and click save. Another window will pop up asking if you want to replace the file select replace. That file is now unlocked. Now you can move it from your desk top to your google drive or iCloud storage open with your iPad and mark away....

Save a few steps and save it the first time on your iCloud or google drive makes it easier to get to from your iPad. Only explained it this way to simplify.

Also I do not have Adobe as my default PDF reader in Chrome. Not sure it this matters.
