Alerts

When I set an appointment in my calendar, I would like a notification 2 weeks before the event, and then another 1 week before the event.

How do I set an alert for 2 weeks before my event?

iPhone 8, iOS 14

Hey there Daisy2point0,

Thanks for your post to Apple Support Communities. We'd be happy to help with information on setting Calendar events and alerts. When using an iPhone or the Calendar app from the iCloud.com website, you won't be able to set an alert for 2 weeks out. If you have a Mac, with the same Apple ID signed in, you can set a custom alert for Calendar events.

Here's more information to do that:

Change Alerts preferences in Calendar on Mac

We do like hearing suggestions from our customers. Here is a link to our feedback form if you'd like to submit the suggestion to allow custom alerts on an iOS Calendar created event or when using the iCloud.com website:

Warm regards.
