Powerbeats Pro Earbuds - Replacement using Apple warranty replacement
I have owned several Powerbeats Pro earbuds over the last few years and I want to say that out of 4 or 5 similar competitor products i enjoy the Powerbeat pros the very best...to me they fit and sound superb amounts the rest out there. Last Christmas I was blessed with a new black pair that I absolutely loved. Unfortunately they got separated from the case and one another while I was away and now I only have the left earbud. I would like to find out exactly how to go about with either a warranty replacement possibly or if i must, just getting an either refurbished replacement pair or having the right side and case replaced only if that can be done at all. At this current time I am sadly unable to purchase another new pair of Powerbeat Pros or I would have already. Since I do have the original serial number at the very least, may even have some of my original packaging they came in. I may not tho due to it being a while back.. please let me know if it's at all possible to replace my right side earbud and my charging case under your guys lost or stolen warranty coverage. Upon investigation it has been brought to my attention that Apple does in fact cover lost and stolen products. Please let me know what all I may need to do to take advantage of the warranty program so I can get back to enjoying my music I so very much need indeed. Thank you and god bless!
