I get new email on my iPhone, and computer but not on my iPad

I get new email on my iPhone and computer, but no longer on my iPad , (probably since the last update.)

iPad, iPadOS 14

Email not syncing with my new ipad air I have just had a new iPad Air and although i have added my email accounts to it, when I delete emails from either my iPhone or my iMac, they still show on my iPad. What am I doing wrong ? Could I have an easy to understand layman answer please?

If you can't receive email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
