I just put more Ram into my late 2015 iMac 27" retina for a total of 48 GB (Two 16 GB and two 8 GB chips)
I'm not sure I arranged them correctly. Could someone please look at my attachment and tell me if I got it right? Thanks, Carl

The 2020 RAM slots are wired differently than the earlier 27" models.
It doesn't matter as much with the earlier models (ie your Late 2015), but the RAM models should be staggered with the !6GB modules in 1&3 or 2&4.
Plus if you go to Apple > About This Mac > System Report... > Memory you can actually see and confirm which modules are on Channel A & B.

The two 16GB modules should both be in the Dimm0 slots and the two 8GB modules in the Dimm1 slots. At least that is what I have seen from EtreCheck reports with systems with just the original Apple memory installed.
It is also disconcerting that only one module has any hardware details for manufacturer & part number.
Ok, here's a screenshot from the memory on the System Report. Does this configuration look OK? What does ECC disabled refer to? Thanks
Thanks, but I saw this already, it doesn't answer my question because if you notice what you posted pertains to the 2020 27" Retina iMac, not mine which is the Late 2015 27" Retina iMac.
