When all Watch features can I use in my country(Jordan)

Again, this is a user-to-user technical support forum, and the unpaid volunteers here do not have access to internal Apple information, nor to internal Jordan information.

You will have to use some other way to find this information out, as Apple does not participate in these forums, and I'm sure the Jordan government does not either.

If a feature is not available in your country, it is generally because your government has not approved (such as medical device features), or your country has banned the use of that feature (some middle eastern countries ban iMessage and FaceTime (I do not know anything about Jordan one way or the other with respect to approvals nor bans)

But if Apple enables a medical device with out government approval, or they violate government restrictions or laws, they will be banned from selling their product and a hefty fine will be issued.

If Apple does not have a feature in your country, it is not because Apple does not what to give it to you, it is because they are not allowed.
