Cannot do software update on ipad connected to imac
My ipad does not have enough memory for a software update, so I’m plugging into my iMac as a workaround. However, I’m stuck at this point. Suggestions?

By using a compatible device, and a reliable connection.
Verify Compatibility:

- Tap: General
- Tap: About
- View: the model shown
