I can’t sign documents anymore in Notes. Was this functionaly remove(iOS 15.3)?

Was this functionality removed?

when clicking on the pencil icon the + doesn’t exist anymore.

is there a workaround? This is super annoying as I don’t have a subscription with DocuSign or anything else.

It sounds like you're having some difficulty adding a signature to documents. We can help.

You'll want to Use Markup on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to add signatures to documents and inside apps.

Hi Less,

thanks for that. I know this is how it’s meant to work and it worked like this in the past. However the + icon in markup has vanished- pls see screenshot below.

i am unable to use this function.
