Siri suggestions spotlight

Great question! We'd like to help answer it as best we can by providing two suggestions to see if it goes away from the Search feature.

The first one is to try disabling 'Show in App Library & Spotlight' within Settings > Siri & Search > Suggestions From Apple.

Another one we recommend trying is disabling 'Show in Spotlight' within Settings > Siri & Search > Content From Apple.
