Hi,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with Apple Cash.

If you still have the option to verify your identity within Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Apple Cash card > Verify Identity, attempt to complete the verification process again.

Identity Verification is normal, and everyone who uses Apple Cash has to complete it at least once.

When submitting your ID, make sure it meets the verification requirements:

  • Name, address, and birthday match what is on file for your Apple ID account
  • ID is not a paper copy
  • ID is not expired
  • No P.O Boxes are being entered for your address

Identity verification for Apple Card or Apple Cash

If the above has been met, confirm that you meet the minimum requirements for an Apple Cash account:

  • 18 years old for standalone accounts.
  • You live in the United States, and your Language/Region within Settings > General is set to the US.

If you are unable to complete Identity Verification, and see an alert that ‘Sending and Receiving with Apple Cash has been Restricted’, contact Apple Support.

If your Apple Cash account is restricted or locked

Hope this helps.

I mean all of the requirements and have been using Apple Cash Apple Pay everything for a year and a half with no problems and now it can't verify me even though the people I talk to at Apple support three hours all of them know it's me and I can't just scan my license and send it to them and they could verify me they claim they can override it which everyone knows is not true someone has to be able to three hours and they still have no idea why it keeps failing so contacting Apple support isn't necessarily going to work. Unfortunately I know that's not what you wanna hear but that's where I'm at hoping someone calls me tomorrow with an answer or something else to try.
