My iPad Air OS 15.2.1 continually says Not Charging. I’ve cleaned the cords and adapter ( they weren’t dusty or dirty) but still says Not Charging.

How do I fix this?

iPad, iPadOS 15

Ok..

  1. try with a new cord or another one if handy
  2. restart your device
  3. contact apple for the service options
  4. if your charging VIA a computer it will most likely say this
  5. use a different power adapter , here is a image of it

  6. hope this helps

If you have them, try other known good power/charging cables AND other known good 12, 18 or 20W Apple power/charging adapter blocks.

Charge/power cables and adapter blocks CAN and DO fail.

If no joy.

Then, it is time to search online for your nearest, “local” Apple store location and call contact phone numbers and call to make an appointment to have your Apple iPad diagnosed and options presented you.
