Apple ID

So my current Apple ID I can’t access since I don’t know it I forgot what my trusted number is. And because of that it has locked my account since I also don’t know my Apple ID password either. So now I can’t access my apps and stuff I made a new account on the same phone but I don’t know what to do.

We know how important it is to have access to your Apple ID and be able to reset your password, and we’ll do everything we can to help you out with this. Then, this article goes over several ways that you can have your password reset: If you forgot your Apple ID password


This article goes over the different ways that you can receive your verification code for two-factor authentication: Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication


If after taking these steps you're still unable to receive your verification code, you'll need to request account recovery as described here: How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password


When completing Account Recovery, please make sure to power down all devices that are signed in with this Apple ID, besides the one being used to complete the request, to assist with quicker handling as using other devices with this account during the recovery process could cause your request to become cancelled.
