okay i have the 2nd ipad the one with the home botton that has a box and i just want to update my ipad to the new ios but it wont let me it wont even let me turn on the atoumadic updates so i was trying the download a game and it said that i half to have the ios 11 or more so can you please help me?

Finder gives no info only update and restore I have tried both. It up/restores then shows the recovery window I can't even turn it of have to wait for it to sleep the buttons are clicky
