Toggle manual addressing and set your own address.
If you frequently need to use DHCP lease renewal, your local network is seemingly misconfigured, malfunctioning and/or severely overloaded with an exhausted address pool.
Switch to manual addressing and disable DHCP services as mentioned above, or switch to MAC-based addressing via DHCP, or rationalize your DHCP server address pool(s) and your DHCP server(s) and your static address assignments.
Or further segment the Wi-Fi network, or force IPv6 connections, if you’re out of subnet addresses.
If you have folks that select their own and conflicting IP addresses or other similar network misbehavior, maybe RADIUS access control can be an option, or a “guest” network.
