Transparency and noise cancelling Inquiry

Hello,

Recently I have had problems with the right ear piece of my Beats Studio Buds. When I have transparency or noise cancelling active, there is a sound similar to the wind blowing directly in my right ear. Once I turn it off, the noise goes away. I have tried resetting my buds and cleaning it to the best of my abilities, but the noise is still there, and only in the right ear. What should my next steps be?
