How long should update take for iPad 15.3, I’ve had it connected to my computer for 2 hours?

It is impossible to provide an absolute answer to this question…
The time required to complete the update is principally a function of:
a) how much data needs to be transferred
b) the speed of your WiFi network
c) the speed of your internet connection
d) available free space on your device
As such, if very little data needs to be transferred, the transfer process may be minutes to several hours.
Update progress is normally shown with information messages and/or a progress bar. What is the current state of your iPad? What can you see on screen - perhaps the Apple logo on a plain background, perhaps with a progress bar? Something else?
