The time to update iPadOS 14.2 is extremely long. Is it supposed to take over 10 min to prepare the update ???

It may take some time to upgrade iOS devices depending on the speed of your Internet connection which depends on the amount of ISP traffic of your Internet service and the amount of Internet traffic on Apple’s own servers.
