Does apple request passwords with guided access. It appears on my phone. I have not filled in because it looks odd.

When iphone requests password and passcode confirmation it comes up with guided access. Did not confirm. Never looked like this. Am I correct that this should not be how it looks?

If Guided Access was enabled with a passcode it will request a passcode to leave Guided Access yes.
