how can I unblock user on Apple music?

Unfollow and block users
- Go to your profile.
- Under Following or Followers, tap a person to go to their profile.
- On the right side of their profile, tap the More button
.
- Tap Unblock to unblock a user you previously blocked.
it doesn’t work. I don’t have his profile on “followers or following”
