Hi shelton,

Wondering which iOS version is installed on your iPhone:

Apple Support have articles online that may help you sort eMails

Not exactly sure of the situation you are working with ... so some optional ideas here.

You can filter out all but the subject you want / then turn off that filter afterwards to see all again

Flag and filter emails on iPhone

NB: Select your iOS version at the top of the article for accurate info.

or

You could search for the subject within the subfolder to see a list of all that match your tearch criteria

Search for email in Mail on iPhone

You might want to create new sub-folders, one for each of the various subjects

(ie:Sub Folder NAME / each subect) NAME

Organize email in Mail on iPhone:

NB: Select your iOS version at the top of the article for accurate info.

In iOS15:

you can add a Mail widget and customize which (subect) mailbox it shows on your Home Screen.
