Am I able to access purchased music in garageband?

I have followed all suggested information from apple website but I am still only able to see 2-3 purchased songs in garageband on my iphone xs.

Download purchases If you purchase a song on your iPhone. Will it download automatically to your Mac? Meaning when you open music on your Mac it will be there. Both devices use the same Apple ID.
