I have a reoccurring charge for $1.99 that I need to cancel

I have a reoccurring charge for $1.99 that I need to cancel since we have the 2 terabyte plan. Would you help me with this? It could be on an old apple account that is now obsolete.

Cancel upgraded iCloud storage by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See instructions in: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support
