Calls do not activate speaker automatically when iPhone is not placed to ears

I have an iPhone 11 vs 15.2.1 and my auto select speaker in call is turned on and my call audio routing is set to automatic but yet calls through Siri as well as phone calls done manually doesn’t activate speaker when not placed to my ears, how do I solve this issue

We'd like to know more so we can help out. To confirm, do you want calls to route to your speaker automatically? If so, go to Settings > Accessibility >  Call Audio Routing, then select Speaker as described here: Route and automatically answer calls on iPhone.

If that's not what you're attempting to do, reply with more details.

Best regards.

Thank you for your response but I do not want all calls to go on speaker automatically, I want calls made through Siri and incoming calls answered when my iPhone is not placed to my ears and not connected to a Bluetooth device to go on speaker. The setting accessibility > voice over > audio > auto select speaker in call is suppose to do this but it’s turned on and it doesn’t work
