Headphone Safety

I already have hearing loss. The only way I can hear my audio is at max volume. How do I circumnavigate this Nanny state BS that won’t let me use my Device the way I want to. state BS?

Settings > Sounds > Headphone Safety [Disable]

this setting may or may not be available depending on the state or country regulations.
