TV downloads are not showing up on the iphone apple tv app

I bought the adventure time complete series a while ago and have around 150 episodes downloded on my iphone. However, when I go into the downloads section in the app, they don’t show up. If I re-download one episode, close and re-open the app, they show up again but only for a short while. I haven’t had any other issues with the app so far and all of my other downloads show in the app. I can still access the episodes when I have internet and they show up in storage settings.

I’m on ios 14.8.1 on the iphone SE 2020 and I have the newest version of the apple tv app.

Let's go through a few basic troubleshooting steps to see if that helps, then work from there. First, we'd advise you to force close the Apple TV app then restart your iPhone.

Once restarted, open the app again, see if you find the downloaded episodes. Here's how to force close an app:

Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch

Also, when you go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, how much available storage shows on your iPhone?

If you are connected to a stable Wi-Fi network, do you see the episodes listed? We want to make sure it isn't just an offline viewing issue.

Which viewing service is the Adventure Time show with? We ask to confirm if it is listed with Apple TV+ or another provider (which has an app to use in the Apple TV app).

Hello,

I’ve had this issue for a while, and closing the app and restarting my phone doesn’t fix it. I bought the series through itunes and have them downloaded to my device. They show up in my storage settings (I have 30gb free) but don’t appear in the downloads section on the apple tv app. I can see them under tv shows in the app when connected to the internet, but the problem is that they don’t show up when I’m not connected to the internet even though they are downloaded. The problem goes away for a day or so if I redownload one episode. After those few days though, they become inaccessable through the downloads section again. Again, I haven’t had a similar issue with any other shows or movies.
